  • Booking & Payment Requirements — For permitting purposes, private events must be booked at least 45 days in advance and include a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Non-Alcoholic Beverages — Complimentary water is provided for all private events. Additional non-alcoholic options can be added for a fee. We can create slushies with nearly any beverage you choose.

  • Our Mobile Bar Setup — Our custom 12 ft x 7 ft refrigerated tap trailer can serve up to six different draft beers at once. For smaller or more intimate events, we also offer mobile bartending services, a sleek collapsible bar, and slushie machines.

  • Pricing & Policies — We are based in Shelbyville, IN. Pricing is determined by event duration (2-hour minimum), beverage selections, and travel distance. Travel fees apply for destinations 50 miles or greater from Shelbyville. Due to Indiana state law, alcohol service ends at 3:00 AM.
