What types of events do you accommodate?

We can serve any event you want to host! Common events include graduations, weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, bridal showers, bachelorette and bachelor parties, fantasy football drafts, birthday parties, celebrations of life, and more.

Please note that due to Indiana state law and licensing requirements, all events must be booked at least 45 days in advance.

Are clients or guests allowed to bring their own alcohol?

No. In accordance with Indiana state law, we cannot permit any carry-in or carry-out alcohol.

Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of alcohol service for the event. No refunds will be issued.

Can minors attend the event?

Yes, minors are welcome. We simply ask that you inform us in advance so we can properly note this when applying for permits.

Minors cannot be served alcohol and must remain in a separate area from the bar.

What size is the trailer?

Our refrigerated tap trailer measures 12 ft long by 7 ft wide and is equipped with 6 taps.

We set up our full serving station in front of the beer taps for efficient and professional service.

Why do you require booking 45 days in advance?

Indiana law requires signatures from local law enforcement in person before we can submit a temporary permit application to the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC).

Once submitted, the ATC has up to 30 days to approve or deny the request. The 45-day window allows sufficient time to obtain signatures and address any potential issues with the permit.

Why is full payment required 30 days in advance?

This timeframe allows us to coordinate with wholesale vendors to secure the specific products you want at the best possible price.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Our full cancellation policy is clearly outlined in the contract signed when your deposit is collected.

  • The deposit (collected at the time of booking) is non-refundable.
  • A portion of the final payment (collected 30 days prior to the event) may be eligible for reimbursement depending on the circumstances and the terms defined in the contract.
